The Danforth Pizza House was opened in 1964 by a young Italian immigrant named Angelo. His unique style of pizza quickly became a neighborhood favourite, and they have been serving the city some of it’s best pizza's ever since. This has always been my family's go to "take out pizza" place when I was growing up and I must say, the new owners have done extremely well over the years. Anne you were right! They really did keep Angelo's craft of this unique style of pizza!
Take a trip to this "hip" little pizzeria on the Danforth, it is a "must try"!
